Based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will enjoy a competitive salary of RM 4,500 – RM 5,500 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Provide clinical and product expertise to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about our products and their benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or product specialization within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of medical products, clinical applications, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
