Responsibility

  • Conduct structured surveys and assessments with asthma patients to gather comprehensive health data and feedback.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans for asthma patients.
  • Monitor patient progress and adherence to treatment plans, identifying areas for improvement and intervention.
  • Analyze survey data and patient records to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancing care quality.

Qualifications
