As our Corporate Health Specialist, you will deliver comprehensive medical support, emergency care, and preventive health programs to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical care and first aid to employees, including treatment of injuries, illnesses, and emergency situations.
- Conduct regular health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, vision) and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement workplace health programs, including vaccination drives, flu clinics, and mental health awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR to manage occupational health assessments, pre-employment medical exams, and return-to-work evaluations.
- Monitor and report on workplace health trends, identifying risks and recommending preventive measures to reduce absenteeism.
- Administer medications, perform minor procedures (e.g., wound care), and refer employees to external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies related to health, safety, and hygiene.
- Educate employees on health best practices, including ergonomics, stress management, and infectious disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license in Indonesia (STR and SIP) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or occupational health experience.
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (S.Kep) from an accredited institution; additional certification in occupational health is a plus.
- Proven experience in emergency care, first aid, and health education in corporate or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and workplace safety standards (e.g., K3).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with a multicultural workforce.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential medical information with discretion.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and digital health record systems.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous.
