Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the care studio and rehab facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with MOH regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve the quality of care services.
- Oversee a team of allied health professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
- Ensure the facility meets all regulatory and accreditation standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and residents to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Manage budgets, resources, and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in aged care services.
- Represent the facility in community events, stakeholder meetings, and professional networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Allied Health (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aged care or rehab management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of MOH regulations and accreditation standards for aged care facilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and operational policies.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Passion for aged care and a commitment to improving the quality of life for elderly residents.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
