Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic needs, medical history, and suitability for treatments.
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, PRP therapy, and other advanced aesthetic interventions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals, skin type, and medical conditions.
- Ensure compliance with medical safety protocols, hygiene standards, and ethical guidelines in all procedures.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential risks, and expected outcomes to manage expectations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including dermatologists, nurses, and support staff, to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, techniques, and industry trends through continuous professional development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) from a recognized institution and a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine (preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Certification or training in cosmetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, lasers) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering natural-looking, high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and patience.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a bonus).
