Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information about our pharmaceutical products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales and marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
