Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist in receiving and organizing merchandise.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
