Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple store locations in Bali, ensuring consistency in service, sales, and brand standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize stock management to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards across all locations.
- Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and control costs to maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store events that drive foot traffic and revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple store locations, with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently between store locations in Bali.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
