Responsibility
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, sales targets, and expense controls to maximize profitability.
- Customer Experience: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking to meet demand.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, sales metrics, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and maintain a secure environment for employees and customers.
- Local Market Adaptation: Tailor operations to meet the unique demands of Bali’s diverse customer base and tourist-driven economy.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail management, preferably in automotive, service, or consumer products.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering outstanding service and building customer relationships.
- Operational Expertise: Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and process optimization.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze challenges and implement effective solutions under pressure.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and cultural nuances is advantageous.
