Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with Adidas brand standards, operational policies, and health/safety regulations.
- Drive sales through effective team coaching, product knowledge training, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the store manager on staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or team lead experience, preferably in sportswear or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for the Adidas brand, sports, and lifestyle products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, email) and familiarity with retail KPIs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in Bali’s retail market is a plus.
