Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate pet products, including food, toys, accessories, and grooming supplies, based on their petsâ needs.
- Provide expert advice on pet care, nutrition, and behavior to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage inventory restocking to support smooth store operations.
- Demonstrate product usage (e.g., grooming tools, training aids) to educate customers and drive sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized recommendations and follow-up support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in pet care to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for animals and experience working with pets (personal or professional).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of pet care, nutrition, or grooming (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
- Physically fit to handle tasks such as stocking shelves, assisting with pet interactions, and standing for extended periods.
