Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned regions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and increase product distribution in retail outlets, supermarkets, and modern trade channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess in-store execution, merchandising standards, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute trade promotions, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budget proposals to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of retail sales, distribution channels, and trade marketing in the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
