Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of products to meet customer demand.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store adheres to health, safety, and sanitation standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational metrics to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of store operations.
