Responsibility
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily retail and F&B operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests through our premium tea selections and retail offerings.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock management, restocking, and product presentation.
- Train and mentor junior staff to uphold TWG Tea’s service standards and brand values.
- Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and daily sales reporting with precision.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all retail and F&B areas.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional events, tastings, and seasonal campaigns.
- Resolve guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Passion for luxury products, tea culture, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
