Responsibility
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the optical retail branch, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, merchandising, and loss prevention to optimize product availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis, to ensure branch sustainability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and digital campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations, maintaining a secure and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in the optical, healthcare, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers, staff, and corporate stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inventory management, financial reporting, and retail software (e.g., POS systems).
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
