Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of productivity and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations to create a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or department store management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
