Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising aligns with ZARA’s brand standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
- Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
