Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for smartphones, accessories, and related products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive conversions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and industry trends.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in electronics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for technology and smartphones with a willingness to learn new products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages are a plus).
