Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences for local and international clientele
- Drive sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and inviting store presentation
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy in cash handling
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, brand collections, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) are a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion and style trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems
- Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in related field is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical work
