Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting clients and assisting with eyewear selections tailored to their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Educate customers on lens options, frame styles, and eye care products with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and inventory organization.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving shipments, tagging products, and conducting inventory checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, positive shopping experience for every visitor.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, or retail sales with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and computer skills (POS systems, email, inventory tools).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet store operating hours.
