Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail and operational activities across multiple locations in Bali.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
