Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch client experiences that reflect the prestige of LVMH brands
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through exceptional service
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including new collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Collaborate with the retail team to create an inviting and luxurious in-store atmosphere
- Handle client inquiries, appointments, and after-sales service with professionalism
- Participate in exclusive events and trunk shows to engage with high-net-worth individuals
- Maintain meticulous records of client preferences and purchase history
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a high-end environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Passion for luxury watches, jewelry, and fashion trends
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
