Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Assist customers in selecting premium bathroom products, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, restock products, and ensure the showroom is always well-presented and organized.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or home improvement products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- Passion for design, home improvement, or luxury products is a plus.
