Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail associates in Softline (Apparel) and Hardline (Non-Apparel) departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance performance, productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Implement company policies, promotional strategies, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with management to analyze sales reports, identify trends, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant managerial role, preferably in apparel or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
- Familiarity with retail merchandising, visual display techniques, and promotional strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
