Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional service, including greeting customers and answering inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Resolve customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Upsell products and promote ongoing sales or loyalty programs when applicable.
- Adhere to company policies, including security and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 10 kg).
