Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profitability, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store operations with company-wide goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of food safety, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
