Responsibility

  • Facilitate seamless transactions, including payments, tax refunds, and delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airport retail promotions, new arrivals, and brand collaborations.
  • Offer multilingual support (English mandatory; additional languages a plus) to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Assist with gift wrapping, packaging, and logistics for high-value purchases.
  • Track customer feedback and report insights to improve service quality and retail strategies.
  • Uphold brand and airport standards for professionalism, grooming, and etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in luxury or airport environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or other languages is advantageous.
