Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to assess product placement, promotions, and sales performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, discounts, and branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Maximum age of 37 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape, distribution channels, and customer behavior in Bali.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions in Bali.
