Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and penetrate new markets in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies and sales standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, product launches, and inventory management.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer products).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Experience working in Bali or other high-growth markets is a plus, with a deep understanding of local consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience.
