Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the clinic, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Promote and sell Prima Products, educating customers on their benefits and usage.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective product recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by Maxicare.
- Assist in managing clinic inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities to drive clinic traffic and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications
