Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product displays and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Implement company policies, promotional strategies, and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in alignment with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Knowledge of retail best practices, including sales techniques, loss prevention, and merchandising.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
