Responsibility

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product displays and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Implement company policies, promotional strategies, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in alignment with local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Knowledge of retail best practices, including sales techniques, loss prevention, and merchandising.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
