Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-end clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field; degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail, preferably in luxury brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
