Responsibility
- Assist in managing and organizing centralized purchasing activities for trade products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and budget requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
