Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and restocking.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market or willingness to relocate is advantageous.
