Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Design, implement, and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company-wide strategies and growth plans.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and compliance frameworks to ensure operational consistency.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to streamline workflows.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless supply chain and service delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, change management, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making (Excel, BI tools, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the Retail, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
