Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support for Xiaomi devices and accessories.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish low inventory.
- Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Stay updated on Xiaomi’s latest products, features, and promotions to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, cashiering, or stock management (preferably in electronics or consumer goods).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to lift and move stock (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business courses are a plus.
- Familiarity with Xiaomi products or a passion for technology is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
