Responsibility
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance in Bali.
- Lead and supervise a team of promoters to ensure effective campaign implementation.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align promotional activities with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth promotional operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and customer engagement.
- Prepare reports on promotional activities, outcomes, and ROI for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Channel Management, Promotions, Retail Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (active and passive); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide promoters.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute promotional strategies in a retail or consumer products environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
