As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners while actively acquiring new accounts in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting Mowilex products through effective presentations and demonstrations.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and merchandising compliance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on Mowilex’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the FMCG, paint, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or retail environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and existing networks in the region is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools for reporting and tracking.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas in Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
