Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Bali region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as needed.
