Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain a high standard of product presentation and store appearance to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Assist clients in selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and occasions.
- Handle transactions, including payments and returns, with accuracy and professionalism.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and luxurious in-store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-end clients.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for detail.
