Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock management, and daily operations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise store staff to ensure high productivity, customer satisfaction, and team morale.
- Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, audits, and loss prevention measures.
- Develop and execute in-store promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales growth.
- Manage financial operations, including cash handling, daily sales reporting, and budget adherence.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store performance with company KPIs and targets.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, store supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
