Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily sales targets, inventory levels, and financial performance to drive profitability.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional strategies to enhance store performance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve skills and career growth.
- Coordinate with management to forecast demand, order stock, and optimize product placement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all store operations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail supervision or management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail KPIs.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
