Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure the store meets all operational standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize shortages and overstock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial data, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store operations with company goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, and retail software.
