Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in stocking, organizing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the retail area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Track daily sales and report any discrepancies to the management.
