Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising, stocking, and ensuring cleanliness to attract customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or digital payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting stock checks.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and pricing to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment and support store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in retail.
