Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer issues professionally.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain inventory levels, visualize merchandise, and ensure store presentation meets brand standards.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align with company objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
