Responsibility
- Lead and supervise retail store teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all assigned stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, customer service, and team performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align on business objectives and strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the sports retail industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
