Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail stores, malls, or promotional events to introduce and demonstrate products.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through effective customer interactions and persuasive communication.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to represent the brand positively.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product displays are visually appealing and stocked.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on features, benefits, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to enhance satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and report results to the supervisor as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 3 days per week, including weekends or public holidays as needed.

- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in engaging with diverse customer groups.
