Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service and create positive shopping experiences for both local and international customers
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock receiving, and participate in regular stocktakes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience (fresh graduates with strong customer service skills are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by retail schedules
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Knowledge of Bali's retail market and tourist demographics is advantageous
