Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring displays are clean and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, suggesting add-on items, and participating in sales promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and contribute to a productive work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
